Together.

Crisis. Confusion. Overwhelm. Desire to do the right thing.

These are common reasons why decent and curious leaders like you contact me. Whether you want to train your staff body to know better and do better, to align your policies and practice on eradicating workplace harm, or you’re in the market for a trusted advisor, I’m delighted you’re here.

Let’s accelerate your organisation’s anti-harassment journey and centre vulnerable perspectives, bodies and voices. I would love to provide you with the expert help you need to navigate your challenges effectively.

Hiya, I’m Enya,

by the way

Dr Doyle. The Harassment Doctor. E. Whichever works.

My unwavering commitment to driving social change has been recognised nationally for almost fifteen years. I am proud to passionately prioritise undervalued and marginalised voices. I have a powerful track record of providing effective and insightful training as well as thoughtful, evidence-based guidance on how companies can prevent unwanted behaviours amongst colleagues and/or respond better when it does happen. This is all wrapped up in prioritising curiosity and decency across the company.

I specialise in challenging gender-based discrimination, sexism, and sexual misconduct. Intersectionality sits at the heart of my work. Raised in Ireland and now based in London, I enjoy working with organisations across the world.

Because decency shouldn’t require courage

I do this work because I believe:

Prevention is better than cure

Aside from changes in the law, preventing harassment and discrimination is undoubtedly preferable to managing it. And it’s everyone’s responsibility.
